This one is not only super healthy it is as well super delicious. And super easy to prepare. Try it out.
- two hands full of fresh spinach leaves
- a bit water
- half or a whole pineapple
- one apple
- one kiwi
- one banana
- few slices celery
- few slices cucumber
- some lemon juice
First of all, wash, peel and cut the fruits.
Put the spinach leaves with a bit water and a bit lemon juice into the blender and mix it.
Add all the remaining ingredients into the blender and mix everything together. Finish!
Fill the smoothie in small bottles for take away in the morning before work.
